While working in Sweden, I had to catch the very early train between Stockholm and Gothenburg about twice a week to visit our clients Volvo. The low Swedish winter light combined with the blue/violet snowy landscapes on those train journeys inspired this piece. I have many sketches of this experience and more paintings will come.
